About: MOOOOOOOODY Beauty!! This is an incredible asymmetrical piece; those moon shaped motifs remind me of the true 19th century slits they would put in their Horse Saddle textiles they'd weave and the slit would leave room for the pommel to go through. This piece even has animals woven in; maybe horses! Definitely take note of the sensational abrash throughout this piece; shifts of deep inky blue, to indigo, to navy and beyond - AMAZING! The border contains a magnificent array of colors that simply work so pleasantly for the eyes - this is a stellar piece and they've even woven little rugs inside of this medallions of this piece - how meta is that?!
This rug is one-of-a-kind, only one in the world, no others are available.
